Here are a few guidelines about twin flames and soul mates:
1 – It is the soul ENERGY that is the soul mate or twin flame, not an individual person. The energy is mirrored from within your soul, and the outside will always mirror the inside. Therefore, when you work on yourself, to love yourself, to respect and honour your sexuality and your divine truth, the universe will present you with others who love, respect and honour you. When you are in balance within the outside reflects the twin flame energy in all manner of life, people, nature, animals, and even life stories.
2 – It is important that you love, respect and honour yourself, because if you do not the universe will mirror that in others too, so you will always find a partner who does not love, respect and honour themselves, never mind you. When are in balance within, your can see your twin flame alive in your partner.
3 – A twin flame soul is a mirror of your energy. A soul mate is a soul that will bring you lessons in order to come into the twin flame energy within your soul. You will meet many soul mates, which include friends and family, before you meet a twin flame. However, a soul mate becomes a twin flame, as all life is one, all souls truly within you, and all love is within.
4 – Just because you are a in a life-long relationship with a soul mate it does not mean you will never have a relationship with a twin flame. Remember, what you seek you find, and if you look into your soul mate’s soul deeply enough you will meet the twin flame energy within him or her.
5 – Twin flame energy is not only found in people, but also in nature. More often than not you will meet your twin flame in nature first, and then in your love life.

It is the balance of masculine and feminine energies within the heart. It is the balance of your burning spirit with your heart. Mary Magdalene and Yeshua Ben Josef are Twin Flames. The energies of their individual souls are like clear mirrors, one perfectly reflecting the other.
