My name is Sinéad Hyland and I am a holistic counsellor. My aim is to provide a safe, welcoming and confidential space in which we can work together to explore the reasons you have come to counselling. Those reasons vary from person to person and may include, anxiety, grief, loss, stress, depression, relationship issues, difficulty with trust, trauma, low self-esteem or coping with change.
Together, we will look at these issues and learn to break free of limiting patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back and keeping you stuck. Using a variety of techniques that include talk therapy (person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic), reiki and family constellation work, I will help guide you to develop strategies that work for you and that you can use on a daily basis to help make your life easier and more fulfilled.
I am not here to give you answers or solutions, but rather, to help you come to know, trust and believe in yourself and in your capacity to connect to the innate wisdom that lies within you. We will draw on your strengths and talents and help you develop new ways of being in the world that bring more ease, peace and joy into your life.
